CSV to Audio Pipeline Tool

This was a pipeline tool I made to generate TTS placeholder lines locally without much hassle. Internally at Sunscorched, we ended up using a cloud based solution integrated directly into google sheets, but I still enjoyed working on this quite a bit.
The tool works with Microsoft's accessibility features by using any of the installed TTS voices on the user's machine.

Initially I set out to do this via e-speak, so I could provide the user with variety bundled right into the software, but I had some nasty bugs with the python version of e-speak (my post on their github about this is still open and unanswered, except for someone else having the same problem).

PS: I take no responsibility for the radio-button having zero contrast. That's Fusion having an aneurysm about my accent colour and dark mode ^^
